- What is a Virtual Assistant?
A Virtual Assistant is an independent entrepreneur providing administrative, website, social media, marketing and/or technical services.
- Are you hiring?
Thank you for your interest, but we are not hiring at this time.
- Will I be able to work with the same Virtual Assistant for all of my projects?
Absolutely! We believe that getting to know our clients and learning as much as we can about their company and is the most important aspect of building a successful and long-term relationship.
- Is a Virtual Assistant considered an employee?
No. Virtual Assistants work on an independent contractor basis. You are not responsible for any employee-related taxes or benefits.
- Who are your clients?
Our clients come from a wide variety of industries. Any individual or small business owner that has too much on their plate can benefit from our service. Here is just a sample of some of the industries we work with: Attorneys, Authors, Business Coaches, Corporate Executives, Doctors, E-Commerce Sites, Executive Coaches, Financial Planners, Insurance Agents, Motivational Speakers, Non-Profit Organizations, Professional Organizers, Realtors, Retail Stores, Software Consultants.

- Can you assist me if I am Mac user?
Definitely! We are a Mac-friendly company. Almost half of our assistants are Mac users!
- Which assistant will I be working with?
Your assistant will be selected based on a combination of factors. After our initial conversation with you and/or your getting started assessment, we take several things into consideration to make the best possible match. Some of these factors include:
- What your primary needs and types of support you require.
- Each of our team members’ unique skills.
- The approximate number of hours you may need support each month (however, you are never required to meet any minimum time requirements) and our assistants’ availability.
- Any specific requirements or preferences you may have (i.e. time zone, computer type, etc.)
- Are your assistants located overseas?
No, all of our assistants are 100% U.S. based. Several larger virtual assistant companies claim to be U.S. based, when in fact they only have a “representative” in the U.S. and the actual work is being done elsewhere. Savvy Chicks Media is a firm believer in supporting the U.S. economy and it’s workers. We have never and will never outsource our work overseas.
- How do you ensure security and confidentiality?
The security and confidentiality of our clients and their businesses are of the utmost importance to us. Our team is chosen very carefully to not only provide our clients with top notch services, but to protect the security of their personal and company information. In additional to being put through a series of advanced skills tests, multiple interviews and reference and background checks prior to employment; each assistant signs a detailed non-disclosure and confidentiality agreement with us. In addition, our service agreement includes a section stating that we will not directly or indirectly disclose to any person other than a representative of our Client any confidential or proprietary information pertaining to our Client, including but not limited to customer lists, contacts, financial data, sales data, supply sources, business opportunities for new or developing business, plans and models, or trade secrets. We are also happy to sign any additional confidentiality or non-disclosure agreements that you provide.
- How is time tracked for projects and tasks?
We use a time tracking software the keeps track of each task we do – down to the minute. Unlike most other VA companies, we do not round up our time to a 10, 15 or 20 minute minimum. If a task only takes 2 minutes…then you are only billed for 2 minutes.
- How do I know how much time I am using?
We provide each of our clients with access to their own account on our time tracking software. You are able to log in and see, in real-time, exactly how much time has been used that day, that week, or that month.
- Do you have references?
- How do I communicate with my assistant?
Clients may reach their assistant by phone, email, project collaboration software, and instant messaging. It is your preference which method is most convenient for you.
- What systems do you use to work remotely?
The Internet offers an amazing number of resources that make it easy for people to work together virtually. We frequently utilize remote desktop software, virtual collaboration sites, and various file transfer programs. If this sounds overwhelming, don’t worry! You can leave the details to us!
- Do we need to provide you with any equipment?
No you don’t. Each of our assistants has an office fully equipped with the latest technology and software.
- How quickly will my project or task be completed?
Turnaround time depends on the complexity and urgency of the project. We strive to have a turnaround time of 24 to 48 hours for most tasks. If your project is time sensitive, a deadline will be agreed upon before work begins. We are committed to delivering all projects on or before the deadline.
- Do you accept credit cards?
Yes, we accept all major credit cards, business checks, and PayPal.
